Data protection policy as one of the mechanisms for improving corporate compliance control (based on European, Russian and Armenian legislative systems)

The aim of the research is to study data protection policies in developed countries and compare same existing legal systems developing countries. In this article, we review GDPR as a best practice for regulatory corporate compliance. As an object, law on personal Russia Armenia system was analyzed compared with European Union. Benchmarking method used scientific work. Having researched can conclude that implementing complying policy based contributes regulation two issues: sustainable business improving security customers employees.
